Cosmic Shimmer is a water-based, fast-drying shimmer medium with a metallic, pearlized look. Use it to create an intense shimmering background or highlight textures in craft and mixed media projects. You can also try adding it to an embossed, raised pattern and make it stand out by adding the polish lightly over the top or completely cover it by adding additional polish. Just think of the possibilities when using it on polymer clay that’s been textured with your favorite texture stamp or texture rollers.

It is very highly pigmented and works great on dark and light surfaces. Not only is the product pretty cool, but the packaging is unique too! The pots include a foam dauber in the lid making application easy on a variety of surfaces. Take the sponge, dip it in the jar and wipe the excess off on the jar’s edge. Add color to any surface.
