You can make polymer clay bowls using a variety of forms like these mini bowl forms or these small and medium bowls.

I love making miniature polymer clay bowls and it seems I have tons of ideas and techniques I want to try. Unfortunately, before I get to them I end up seeing another cane I want to use and I’m off again!

I’ve never taken the time to make a tutorial on how I make them but my process was full of trial and error. When Carol Simmons finished making 26 tiny bowls using a lightbulb for a challenge, she was kind enough to post a tutorial on the process she uses.

Although the process she uses in not exactly the same as mine, it should get you started on ways to make your own mini bowls. Maybe one day I will get around to photoing my process using laminated sheets.
Here is a sampling of the bowls that Carol made for her challenge, aren’t they gorgeous!

And as always you can find polymer clay tools and supplies or follow my blog at Linda’s Art Spot.
