If you work in polymer clay I bet you’ve made a skinner blend or at least heard of it. The skinner blend is the backbone of so many other techniques and you can see it’s influence in work the of artist from all around the world like Kathleen Dustin, Lindly Haunani, and Donna Kato to name just a few.

This technique has allowed polymer clay color blending to rise to wonderful heights. I bet you wondered who came up with this technique, I bet you thought that they must have been doing clay work forever when they came up with technique.
